To do this, we knew we had to devise a unique approach to Facebook marketing. We not only wanted to use the channel for boosting sales but wanted to also garner the right amount of interest and awareness to bring the brand into the limelight. We used various Facebook marketing tools to generate record sales for our client through online inquiries alone. Each of these tools was crucial in brand building and lead generation that lead to over 75% of the flats being sold in 7 months which was way lesser than the stipulated time frame provided to the client – 1 year
How did we do it?
To help our client achieve their goals, the first thing we did was to run video ads on Facebook. Video is one of the key trends in social media to increase brand awareness and recall. Once we knew which of our target audience had viewed the videos, we then went on to build a custom audience and retarget them, using lead generation ads. These lead gen ads came with a pre-filled form with key information such as name, email and phone number so all the potential customers had to do was click on the ad and enquire. Additionally, we aptly created a lookalike audience of these leads and targeted them as well. The sales team of the client too was quick to follow up on these leads and convert them into buyers.
Using Facebook’s reach and frequency tool, we then recommended our client to push a specific offer to potential buyers for a few days. This method then went on to increase both brand awareness and leads. To expand the reach beyond Facebook, we also used the audience network and Instagram platform to reach their target audience.
Using a combination of lead ads, slideshow ads, carousel ads and canvas ads, Allure Strategies was effectively able to achieve the client's targets using Facebook marketing.
